Investor Forum Board Changes

The Investor Forum is pleased to announce that Jonathan Baird has been appointed as a Director of the Investor Forum. 

Jonathan is a corporate lawyer who most recently was a partner with Hogan Lovells in London.  He was previously a partner with Freshfields in London and before that with Altheimer & Gray in Chicago.  Jonathan is an English solicitor and is admitted to the New York and Illinois bars.  Jonathan helped establish the Investor Forum in 2014 and was the chair of the Forum’s Legal Panel from its inception until December 2024.

Ruth Beechey has stepped down from the Board, having served for three years. We thank her for her contribution to the Board and the Operating Oversight Committee.

“We are very pleased that Jonathan has agreed to join the Board following his retirement, enabling us to continue to benefit from his wise counsel and long experience of the Collective Engagement Framework, which is designed to ensure that the Forum operates within safe boundaries.
